Farbtoner.com GmbH was founded in Hamburg at the beginning of 2006 as one of the first companies in Germany to offer and manufacture compatible products for colour laser printers. Our two main focuses are on the one hand the distribution of ready-made and cost-saving solutions for end users and companies, on the other hand our offer is aimed at dealers, recyclers and refill stations with individual components such as toner powder, chips and other accessories. Our aim is to offer customers the possibility to use their laser printers as long as possible in an environmentally friendly, sustainable and affordable way, without compromising on print quality.
In 2010, the company moved to the Hamburg suburb of Seevetal. Here we found larger storage and administration premises to meet the increased demand and could now work and operate on around 1,600 m². By accommodating the production as well as the warehouse and the administration in one building, the distances are very short and quick solutions for the customers are easier to implement.
In 2020, we took the next step and relocated the company's headquarters and shipping warehouse to Hammersbach in Hesse. In the newly founded Limes industrial estate, we found ideal conditions for shipping logistics and our growth targets. Production has remained loyal to the north and now finds its new home in Winsen (Luhe).
Farbtoner.com GmbH also offers comprehensive service and technical support in all customer matters. Be it help in finding printer components, technical advice in case of error messages or the fast and flexible dispatch of orders. You also have the advantage of being able to collect items from post offices or have them sent to packing stations.

Regular investment in the development and improvement of our products ensures the constant highest level of quality. Our employees are also permanently informed about innovations and are therefore always up to date on technical matters.
The in-house production of a large part of the compatible toner cartridges gives us the possibility to pay attention to the best quality. This is based on the active philosophy of purchasing and the extensive product range that goes with it. Around 3,500 products for the most common printer models are permanently kept in stock, but special requests are also gladly fulfilled at any time.
We actively support climate protection and rely on energy-saving measures. Heat pumps and economical gas heaters are used to heat our offices and warehouses. Only LED lamps are used for intelligent lighting. The power supply comes from our solar system as well as green electricity from OVAG. The goods are delivered by GLS as part of its ClimateProtect project.
