Notes on using the Brother TN-2010 XL cartridge

When the printer shows an error message „Toner empty / replace toner“, the following steps must be followed so that the printer uses the whole capacity of the cartridge (can be done max. 2 times):

1. Switch off printer, open front hatch
2. Press GO key on the printer and turn on the printer
3. Press GO key until the TONER / DRUM / ERROR LEDs light up
4. Release GO key
5. Press GO key two times (TONER / DRUM  / ERROR Leds light up)
6. Press GO key 5 times (initial cartridge) or 6 times (standard toner) or 7 times (XXL toner)
7. Close front hatch
